Rival Insights runs entirely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Your requests are processed and stored within Cloudflare's network — we do not run our own servers. Cloudflare is independently certified to high security and privacy standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

When you use Rival Insights, the following data may be collected:

• The URL you submit — we log this along with the analysis results we generate from it.
• Name and email address — only if you choose to fill in the optional form to receive your report. You are not required to provide these to use the tool.
• Standard web data — like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is handled by Cloudflare.

• To deliver your analysis report to you by email (if requested).
• If you provide your email, to contact you about Rival Insights, Ayima services, and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• To improve the quality and accuracy of the tool.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

To request deletion of your data, email alex@ayima.com with the date you used the platform and, if applicable, the email address you provided. We will sanitise your data promptly.

Analysis results are stored in Cloudflare R2 (object storage). We do not commit to a specific retention period, but we will delete your data on request as described above.

We use Mailgun to deliver email reports. Your email address is passed to Mailgun solely for this purpose. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
